Dear Start-uppers,

it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas!

Hot wine, nice talks, sweet music (and buns): we were at least as busy as Santa’s Elves and created some festive vibes to wrap up the year.

At our Kitchen Lab we brewed a magical mixture of mulled wine and our Micro4Food Labs created delicious Christmassy yeast buns with their sourdough, that literally braid tradition and innovation together. Be prepared to rock around the Christmas tree to live music by Big Band Blanco y Tinto and enjoy a starry night with decoration made by Maker Space.

In that occasion, we will say goodbye to the start-ups, who are leaving NOI for the market and welcome our new entries.

We’re looking forward to jingling and mingling with you!
